TRIKARANA TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION:  Finally, we come to the TTM.  Yoga/Physical Exercise and Breath Exercise are the pre steps to clear the body and soul to create a perfect platform for the mind to perform meditation.   Tirumooler in his Tirumantra had spoken about meditation in Tamil as under:-


                               ‘KANNAKU MOOKU CHEVI GNANA KOOTATHU
                                PANNAKI NINRA PALAMPORUL ONRUL
                                DANNAKIN ULLE AKANDA OHZI KATTI
                                PUNNAKI NANMAI PIZHIPITHAVARE’


The essence of the above ‘mantra’ is the convergence of the eye, nose, tongue and ears in the forehead just above the nose in between the eyes.  In this place pituitary gland and behind this at back Pineal glands are located.  The yoga, breath exercise and the meditation would induce the glands stated above to perform normally the functions assigned to them.  Above all the worldly knowledge is governed by perfect functioning of pituitary gland and pineal gland would give the required wisdom to the human body. If one could meditate without any interruption for twenty-nine minutes continuously breaking the entire outside influence he could claim that he had practiced the TTM.  I welcome you, one and all, to join in this modern scientific technique, attain peace and enjoy the life.
